MEDIA -- Mrs. Elizabeth Parsons, 68, wife of Dr. Isaac I.
Parsons, 101 N. Olive st., Media, was admitted to Fitzgerald
Mercy Hospital with a fractured skull at 5:45 a.m. today.

Dr. Parsons said she apparently had fallen down a flight
of stairs at their home before 5 a.m. He said he awakened
at 5 a.m. and found his wife wasn't in the bedroom. He
searched the house and found her slumped at the bottom
of the stairs on the first floor, unconscious.

He called the Media ambulance and had her taken to the
hospital where she was reported in critical condition.

Mrs. Parsons was superintendent of Media Hospital,
which went out of existence five years ago, and has been
active in civic and American Legion auxiliary affairs.

Dr. Parsons, who is on the courtesy staff of University of
Pennsylvania Hospital, and Mrs. Parsons have one daughter,
    Mrs. Morton Johnson, Locksley.
