from an undated newspaper clipping marked: "In Remembrance of all who served in 
any conflicts," and "This Ad Paid For By Melvin McLaughlin."

                        456 Reasons For Buying War Bonds

Here are 456 reasons for buying War Bonds.  These are the names of the 
casualties of World War Two from this area.  Five months ago the casualty list 
contained a few more than 200 names.  That included casualties from December 7, 
1941 to June 1944.  The list has been more than doubled since that time.
