To Be Sold at Public sale, on 2day the 16th of the 12 month,1822, a valuable 
Plantation, situate in the township of Londongrove, late the property of Amos 
Speakman,dec. containing 60 acres more or less, in a good state of 
cultivation; having thereon a two story stone dwelling house, with kitchen and 
shop adjoining, and a good spring of water, and a Apple Orchard, containing a 
sufficient number of thriving and bearing trees---also a number of thriving 
Peach trees, all in a thriving conditon. Any persons wishing to purchase said 
farm will please to view it previous to the day of sale. For information apply 
to Amos Speakman living there or to the subscriber, living in Londonderry 
township. Sale to commence at 1o'clock, p.m. on said day, when terms will be 
made known by 
         Joshua Speakman  11th mo. 16th1822
