To Jane Coulter, widow of the Rev. John Coulter Jr. dec`d and Joseph S. Laird 
and Eliza A, his wife, Dr. James Galbraith and Jane G., his wife, John Coulter 
and David Coulter, the last two of who are minors and have for their guardian 
the Rev. John Hutchinson, heirs of the Rev. John Coulter, Jr. dec'd late of 
Tuscarora townsip, in the county of Juanita, and state of Penn'a
Take Notice
Taht inquistion will be held and taken at the Public House of Wm. Rutherford 
in the township of East Nottingham, in the county of Chester, on friday the 
14th day of Aprilnext, for thepurpose of making partitions of a certaintract 
of land situate in the township of East Nottingham aforesaid, containg betwwn 
eighty and ninety acres, with the appurtenances and bounded by the lands of 
Robert Coulter and others, to and among the heirs of the sid dec'd if the same 
can be done without prejudice to or spoiling the whole; otherwise to value and 
appraise the same according to law at which time and place you are requested 
to attend.

Isabella Coulter, and David Coulter, the two last of whom are minors and have 
for their guardian, Rev. John Hutchinson, and toall others interested in the 
Real Estate of the Rev. John Coulter, late of Tuscarora twonship, Juniata 
County, Pa., deceased
Take Notice
That an Orphans` Court held and kept at West Chester, for said county on the 
twelfth day of Hune A.D. 1837, before the Honerable Isaac Darlington, Cromwell 
Pearce and Jesse Sharpe, Esquires, justice, prestnt upon the petition of 
Jospeh s. Lairds intermarried with Eliza A.,late coulter a daughter and on the 
heirs andlegal representatives and all persons interested in the estate of 
said decedent, requiring them to be and appear at an Orphan`s Court to be held 
at the Court hOuse in the borugh of West Chester in said county on the seveth 
day of August next, then and there to accept or refuse the estate of the sid 
decedent at the valuation thereof, and in case the heirs and legal 
respresentatives, and all persons interested in the estate of the sme, then 
show cause, if any they may have, why the same should not be sold according to 
law
