CELEBRATED THE 78 ANNIVERSARY OF HER BIRTH
Hannah Speakman, of Caln Township, was 78 years of age on Mondday last. Her 
children concluded to give the old lady a birthday party which was a pleasant 
surpriseto her. Those in attendence were prinicipally her children and 
Grandchildren. A remarkable circumstance connected to Mrs. speakman`s family 
is that there are seven brothers and sisters whose united ages number 517, and 
the chain has never been broken by the hand of death.. they consist of 
Percifer L. Maxton, aged 80; Hannah Speakman,78,;Milton Maxton; Lydia Ann 
Durnall,74; Robert Maxton, 72 years; Mary Durnall,70 years; and George Maxton 
67 years
