The Cambria Freeman. (Ebensburg, Pa.) 1867-1938 August 26, 1869
An old tombstone in the burying ground at Loretto, records the interesting fact that
Richard Dodson was the first child born in Cambria county. His birth was no doubt an
occasion of great rejoicing among the good women of that day.
