NOTICE of Application for Pardon of Rocco Cerullo.  In the Court of Oyer and 
Terminer of Blair county, Pennsylvania.  Commonwealth vs. Rocco Cerullo, No. 
3, January term, 1907.
  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will make an application before 
the Board of Pardons at Harrisburg, on September 18, 1918, for the pardon of 
Rocco Cerullo, convicted of murder in the first degree, and whose sentence 
was commuted to life imprisonment by the Board of Pardons, and who has been 
serving his sentence in the Western Penitentiary at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.
