MR. HARTMAN HAS OPPOSITION.

  James S. Burkhart announces himself a candidate for prothonotary, subject 
to the rules of the Republican party.  He is one of those who believe a 
public office should change hands occasionally and hopes that there are 
enough of like opinion in the county to elect him.
