On Friday morning, about 11 o'clock fire of unknown origin completely 
destroyed the James CAMPBELL home in what is known as Mohawk Valley, south 
each (sic) (?east) of town. The CAMPBELL homestead, occupied by Mrs. Thomas 
CAMPBELL, who is 98 years of age, and her two daughters, was one of the 
oldest structures in this part of the state, being built 75 years ago, and 
the loss of many articles and the home is one that grieved the aged 
residents deeply. The fire was discovered by Thomas CAMPBELL, in the eaves 
of the house. He notified an aunt who teaches school close by ... remainder
