For Sale.

The undersigned executor of the estate of the late Judge Wm. Hall, now offers 
for private sale and will offer such as remains unsold at public sale on 
Saturday, December 16th, 1899 at eleven (11) o'clock am, at the Court House in 
Bedford Borough, the following valuable real estate in Bedford County, 
Pennsylvania:

1.  The mansion farm containing about 110 acres in Bedford Borough and Bedford 
township, adjoining the town of Bedford with large mansion house, barn and 
outbuildings, large orchard, etc..
2.  124 acres of excellent woodland lying one mile south of farm.
3.  A triangular lot of ground in Bedford Borough at the corner of Juliana 
Street and Green Lane.
4.  A lot of groud in Bedford Borough 60x240 feet on Juliana street adjoining 
property of Mary Reighard, having thereon a large double frame house.
5.  Two lots of ground in Bedford Borough with small frame houses thereon, 
nearly opposite the 4th lot herein described and lots of ground in size to 
suit purchasers on the west side of Juliana street near the Green Lane and 
also up the Green Lane.
6.  A lot of 60x240 feet on West street in Bedford Borough adjoining property 
of E. M. Pennell, Esq., having a dwelling house thereon.
7.  A lot 60x240 feet on West Pitt Street in Bedford Borough, having thereon 
erected a large brick dwelling house and a frame dwelling house.
8.  A lot of ground in the Borough of Rainsburg, on the Public Road, 82x160 
feet, having thereon erected a large pebble dashed dwelling house, shop and 
stable (late the property of Col. L. A. May.)
9.  A tract of 138 acres in Kimmell Township (now in the tenancy of Geo. W. 
Knisely) adjoining lands of John Ickes and others, having thereon erected a 
dwelling house and barn, most of it cleared and being a good farm.
10.  A lot of Oakford Siding, Penna. R.R., Londonderry township, containing 
about one and one-half acres with dwelling house.
11.  A tract of timber land of 120 acres in Cumberland Valley Township.
Also a carriage, trotting buggy, several horses, harness, wagons, farm 
implements and various articles of personal property.
TERMS OF SALE reasonable to suit purchasers will be given on application to 
either the undersigned or his attorney, or will be made known on the day of 
sale.
