    "VANDY MAN BAGS 250 POUND BEAR   It took a while but Oscar Beatty of 132 
  Jefferson Ave., Vandergrift, finally managed to bring down a bear.
  Last Friday while hunting near Clear Creek in Jefferson County, Beatty shot 
  his first bear.
  Beatty and his daughter, Evelyn, were hunting together when he bagged his 250-
