Letters of Administration for the estate of Michael HOLLICK, Phila., PA, 1813, File
#127, Book L, Folio 88.
On the 14th Day of June, 1813 personally appeared the within named Sarah
Cambridge, who being duly sworn doth depose and say, that she believes that Michael
Hollick died without a Will and that she will well and truly administer all the every the
Goods of the said deceased, and pay his Debts as far as his Goods will extend: that she
will exhibit a true, full and perfect Inventory of the Goods of the said deceased, and render
a true account of her Administration in the Register's Office, when she shall be thereunto
required: And also, that

day of June 1814. And all the rest and residue of the said Goods, Chattels and Credits
which shall be found remaining upon the said Administration Account (the same being first
examined and allowed of by the orphan's Court of the City and County of Philadelphia)
shall deliver and pay unto such Person or persons respectively, as the said Orphan's
Court by their Decree of Sentence, pursuant to the true Intent and Meaning of the several
Law now in force in this Commonwealth, shall limit and appoint. And if it shall hereafter
appear that any last Will and Testament was made by the said Deceased, and the Executor
or Executors therein named do exhibit the same into the said Register's Office, making
request to have it allowed and approved accordingly: And if then the above bounden
Sarah, Administratrix as aforesaid, being thereunto required, do render and deliver the said
Letters of Administration (Approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the
said Register's Office) then this Obligation to be void and of non Effect, or else to remain
in full Force and virtue.

Know all men by these Presents, That we Sarah Cambridge of the City of Philad.,
Widow, Daniel Myers of the said City, Cabinet maker and Henry May of the said City,
Hatter, are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the sum of
One hundred Dollars to be paid to the said Commonwealth: To the which payment well
and truly to her made, we bind ourselves, jointly and severally, for and in the whole, our
Heirs, Executors and Administrators, and each and every of them firmly by these Presents.
Sealed with our Seals. Dated the fourteenth Day of June in the Year of our Lord One
Thousand Eight Hundred and thirteen.
The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above bounden Sarah
Cambridge, Administratrix of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of Michael
Hollick, of the City of Philad., Cordwainer, deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a
true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said
Deceased, which have or shall come to the Hands, Possession or Knowledge, of her the
said Sarah, Administratrix as aforesaid, or unto the Hands or Possession of any other
Person or Persons for her and the same so made to exhibit, or cause to be exhibited into
the Register's Office, in the county of Philadelphia, on or before the fourteenth Day of
July next ensuing; and the same Goods, Chattels and Credits, and all other the goods,
Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased at the Time of his Death, which at any Time
after shall come to the hands or Possession of the said Sarah, Administratrix, as aforesaid,
or unto the Hands or Possession of any other Person or Persons do well and truly

best of her knowledge and belief.
