No. 76. In the Name of GOD Amen. 
I Elizabeth Brown of the City of Philadelphia a widow being of sound dis[unreadable]
mind do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament. I do order and 
direct that all my just debts and funeral expences [sic] be discharged by my Executor as
conveniently may be after my decease. I give and bequeath to my Son in law John
Brown Esq. all my kitchen furniture. I give devise and bequeath all the rest 
residue and remainder of all my Estate real and Personal unto the Reverend
Robert Blackwell and the said John Brown their heirs and assigns to have and 
[ho]ld the same upon trust to permit and suffer Sophia Huber widow who now lives
[w]ith me to take and receive the rents issues and profits thereof for and during the term [of]
[he]r natural life and for her sole use and benefit and to pay over the same to the [sai]d
[Sop]hia Huber during her natural life to the uses and in manner aforesaid and immedi
[a]tely after her decease to have and to hold the said Rest Residue and Remainder
[o]f  my Estate in trust for the sole use and benefit of Elizabeth Huber, Sophia
Huber, Mary Huber and Isaac Huber Children of the said Sophia Huber first named their
Heirs and assigns as tenants in common. I do further authorize and impower them as 
Trustees or the survivor of them to sell dispose or convey all or any part of my Estate
[unreadable] in their judgement the same shall be advisable and invest the proceeds in other pro
[pe]rty or loan out the same in adequate security for the use and purpose aforesaid. I
[fu]rther nominate and appoint the said Trustees Executors of this my last will & Testament.
I hereby revoke and annul all other wills by me heretofore made. In witness wh[unreadable]
[unreadable] I have hereunto set my had and affixed my seal this Twenty third day of may
[i]n the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifteen.

Philadelphia May 30th 1815. Then personally appeared James
Gibson one of the witnesses to the aforegoing will and on his solemn oath according
to law did depose and say that he did see and hear Elizabeth Brown the Testatrix
in the said Will named sign seal publish and declare the said will as and for her last
will and Testament and that at the doing thereof she was of sound mind memory
understanding to the best of his knowledge and belief and the aforesaid deponent
further depose and say that he did see Hannah Blackwell the other witness to the said
will subscribe her name as a witness thereto in the presence and at the request of the
foresaid Testatrix.
