Be it remembered that Philip Winnemore of the City of Philadelphia,
being of sound mind, memory, and understanding the uncertainty of this
life and certainty of death do make and publish my Last Will and
Testament in manner following today: First I order and direct that all
my just debts and funeral charges be paid. Item, and as to all the
rest, residue, and remainder of my goods, chattels, moneys, effects and
personal estate, I do give and bequeath the same to my beloved wife Ann
Barbara Winnemore to hold and take the same unto her, my said wife
her executors, administrators, and assigns to and for her and their

own proper use and benefit forever. Item: as to all my lands,
tenements, herediments, and real estate whatsoever and wheresoever the
same may be. I do give and devise the clear rents, issues, profits and

income thereof unto my said wife Ann Barbara Winnemore and her assigns,
for and during all the term of her natural life or so long as she shall
remain my widow to and for her and then own proper use and benefit, but
in case of the decease or marriage of my said wife which shall first
happen then, I do give and devise all my said lands, tenements,
herediments, and real estate, and the rents, issues and profits
thereof and my children who may be then living share and share alike
and to the issue of such of them as may be deceased if any his or her o

their heirs and assigns forever as tenants in common and not as joint
tenants such as issue to have and take only such part and share
thereof as his or her or their deceased parents would have taken should
such parent or parents have been living and lastly I do nominate and
appoint my said wife Ann Barbara Winnemore to be sole executrix of my
last Will and Testament. Hereby recording all others by me at any time
heretofore made, I do declare this only to contain my last Will and
Testament in witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this
ninth day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred
and Twenty Seven 1827. Signed, sealed, published and declared by the
above named Philip Winnemore as and for his last Will and Testament in
presence of us .

Philadelphia, January 19, 1827 , There personally appeared Andrew D.
Cash and John Walker, the subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing Will,

the former on his solemn affirmation and the latter his solemn oath
according to law did dispose and say that they did see and hear Philip

Winnemore, the testator in said will named sign, publish and declare the

same as and for his last Will and Testament and that at the doing
thereof, he was of sound mind, memory and understanding to the best of
their knowledge and belief.

Ann Barbara Winnemore, sole executrix, sworn on same day and that she
would diligently and faithfully regard and truly comply with the
previsions of the act relating to Collateral Inheritances.
