Late of Phila., now of Northern Liberties of said city.
Occupation:  Cordwainer.
Written: May 27, 1814. 
Proved: July 22, 1816. 
Will Book 6, Page 306.

To wife Lydia Starr. To son Moses Starr. To my eight grandchildren:  James 
Starr, Charles W. Starr, Sarah Starr, Joseph Starr, Samuel Starr, John Starr, 
Lydia Starr, Ann Starr. To my sister-in-law Deborah Starr, widow of my late 
brother Alexander Starr, and her daughter, Mary Starr.  To friends John Parker 
and Samuel Harlin of Kennet, Chester Co., in trust for my brother-in-law, 
William Hammond. To Corporation in Pennsylvania for promoting the abolition of 
slavery.
