In the Name of God Amen. I Elizabeth Schreiner of the city of Philadelphia, 
widow, being of sound mind memory and understanding do make and publish this 
my last will and testament respecting my worldly goods and estate in manner 
following that is to say. First I give devise and bequeath unto my Executors 
hereinafter named and their Heirs and assigns and to the survivor of them and 
the Heirs Executors, Administrators and assigns of such survivor all that my 
own undivided sixth of a certain lot or piece of ground situate on Hickory 
Lane or Coats Street containing four acres or thereabouts which was devised to 
me by my father Daniel Steinmetz. Also my house and lot in Cherry Street in 
said city of Philadelphia between Third and Fourth Streets which I purchased 
from Margaret Haggelganss also one third part of six hundred and fifty pounds 
payable on my decease by the representatives  of the reverend  William Hendel 
also a certain Mortgage and debt secured then by of twelve hundred dollars 
with interest payable by my son Henry Schreiner and all other my estate real 
personal and mixed which is, shall be seized or possessed of at the time of my 
decease upon trust for the purpose of this my last will and testament as 
hereinafter set fourth and declared..

Item. It is my will and I do hereby direct that my said Executors or the 
survivors of them the Heirs Executors or Administrators shall so soon after my 
decease as to them or him seems  **** and proper for the advantage of the 
persons beneficially to be entrusted therein sell and dispose of all my said 
real estate either at public or private sale for the best rates and prices 
that can be obtained therefore to such person or persons as shall agree to 
purchase the same or any part thereof and shall make execute and deliver to 
such purchaser or purchasers a clear good and sufficient title thereto in such 
estate or estates as I now have or may at the time of my demise have in the 
same as fully and effectually as I myself  can now do with and for the real 
estate of which I am seized to my own use in fee.

Item. After my funeral expenses and just debts which I shall owe at the time 
of my decease shall have been paid I give and bequeath and do hereby direct my 
Executors to distribute and pay the proceeds of all my Estate real personal 
and mixed as the same shall be turned into money in manner following to wit. 
One full equal fifth part to the three children of my son John Stillwaggon 
deceased namely Sophia Eisenbrey wife of Henry Eisenbrey, Charles Stellwaggon 
and Mary Ann Sulger wife of Christian Sulger and their respective heirs and 
assigns in equal third parts share and share alike but if any of my said three 
grand children shall die without having issue that shall survive me, previous 
to my decease then I do give and bequeath the said one fifth to the survivors 
or survivor of the their then his or her heirs assigns. One other full equal 
fifth part to my daughter Elizabeth Schreiner her heirs and assigns. One other 
equal fifth part to my son Daniel S. Stillwaggon his heirs and assigns. One 
other full equal fifth part to my son Henry Schreiner his heirs and assigns 
and the other one fifth part to my daughter Rebecca Martin wife of Doctor Joel 
Martin of Norfolk in the State of Virginia her heirs and assigns. And it is my 
will and intention and I do direct that if my said three grandchildren or any 
of my said children shall die previous to my decease without leaving issue 
that shall survive me, then the share or shares hereby bequeathed as aforesaid 
of such as shall die without leaving issue shall be paid by my Executors to 
the survivors or survivor their his or her Executors Administrators or assigns 
in equal portions so that each of the children that survive me shall take a 
full equal share of my estate after the same shall have been turned into money 
as aforesaid and the issue alive at the time of my decease of my son John and 
such other of my said children as shall have then died shall receive such 
share in equal portions as his or their parents would have taken had such 
parents survived me.

Lastly I do nominate constitute and appoint my son Henry Schreiner and George 
Billington of the City of Philadelphia to be the Executors of this my last 
will and testament and I do hereby revoke and annul all former wills by me 
made declaring this to be my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the 
fifteenth day of June at the City of Philadelphia in the Commonwealth of 
Pennsylvania in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and nineteen.

Signed Sealed published and declared by the testator as and for her Last will 
and Testament in the presence of us and at her request we hereunto subscribe 
our names as witnesses thereunto.

Philadelphia November 8th 1823. Then personally appeared Peter Christian & 
Charles W. Schreiner two of the witnesses to the aforegoing will and the 
former on his solemn oath and the latter on his solemn affirmation according 
to law did declare & say that they did see & hear Elizabeth Schreiner this 
Testator in the said will named Sign Seal publish & declare the same as & for 
her last will & testament and that at the doing thereof she was of sound mind 
memory & understanding to the best of their knowledge & belief..
