RUTTER, George. Phila. 
Sept 1, 1814. Dec 31, 1816.  6.377 
To my wife, Elizabeth, she to maintain, educate, etc. my son, Robert Rutter for 
three years.  Legacy to Executors to be distributed amongst widows and orphan 
children of men of Phila. who have fallen during present contest with Great 
Britain.  Legacy to Mary M. Hains, mother of said wife.  Remainder to said son, 
Robert Rutter.  
Execs:  Said wife, George Krips, Frederick Hains, of Phila. 
Witnesses:  Blathwaite Shober, John Nisbet, Frederick Hains.  One of Executors 
sworn.

NOTE:  Elizabeth is the sister of my 3d great grandmother Mary Ann Hains 
Foxhill.
