M.D. and Profesor of Medicine in University of PA
Written: January 18, 1812. 
Proved: April 30, 1813. 
Will Book 4, Page 330.

Leaves to his wife Julia Rush, his farm called Lydenham near Phila., to
receive income &c. for support of herself, her minor sons and dau.
Julia Rush, at her death to his children. Son John's share in trust
while in his present insane state. Great great grandfather, John Rush
formerly an officer in Oliver Cromwell's Army. Sons: Dr. James Rush,
Richard Rush, Benjamin Rush, Samuel Rush and William Rush. Legacy to
servant William Bowen. 

Execs: Sd. wife Julia Rush and sons Dr. James Rush and Benjamin Rush. 
Wit: Philip Syng, Physick, and John S. Dorsey.  Letters granted to Benjamin 
Rush.
