Property in Philadelphia purchased of John Thomas, Arthur Thomas, Jr.,
Dr. John Thomas, Mary Ann his wife and all other property to which I
May be entitled, to Dr. James Rush (of Philadelphia) in trust for
Rosina Rolley and her children and Baynard Hall and his issue, should
they both die without issue then to said Dr. James Rush and First
Baptist Church, Philadelphia. Should Dr. Rush refuse execution of said
Trust direct that either of the sons of late Dr. Benjamin Rush: Richard,
Benjamin, Samuel, William take upon himself the execution and become
entitled to share of estate. Letters to Dr. James Rush.
