Occupation: Late Marble Cutter. 
Written: June 18, 1813. 
Proved: October 12, 1814. 5.343. 

To wife Margaret Miller he bequeaths the ground rent of
the lot on which the Academy of Fine Arts now stands and the one adj.,
occupied as a Tavern and Livery Stable, all his books, papers &c. to be
disposed of as she thinks proper. To dau. Jane M. Hickey a house and
lot in Phila. To dau. Helen Miller, his farm at Tradyffrin Twp.,
Chester Co., with three wood lots belonging to it. To nephew John M.
Wickey[sic]. To dau. Margaret Miller his marble house and lot stable
and lot with the small house adj. stable &c. Annuity to those who May
have the care of his sister Helen Miller, Mr. Thomas Irwin of NY has
often got his bro. William to do it for him. To dau. Julia R. Miller,
property in sd. city part of which is occupied by William Gray. To
grandson John M. Dickey[sic] for the purpose of educating him for the
Holy Ministery if he should be so inclined. To Silas E. Weir. To John
Magoffin. Has a claim on lands of the late Robert Morris, State of NY.
Execs: Margaret Miller, son-in-law Revd. Ebenezer Dickey and friends
Silas E. Weir, auctioneer and John Magoffin, merchant.
