Estate to said exrs. in trust for my daughter: Frances Eliza Cuthbert,
wife of James L. Cuthbert. Brother in law: John Maybin, Thomas Hart (of
Philadelphia), in trust for Moravian or Brethren Congregation in City
of Philadelphia, and all remainder unto the children of my sister: Anna
Joanna Maybin. Children of brother: George Peters, decd., Matilda
Crothers, George Peters, Benjamin Peters, Sarah Peters. Nephews: John
W. Peters, Jacob Peters. Daughter to occupy my country seat called
Mount Sidney as her summer residence. Son: Jacob Lawerswyler, decd.

Exec: William H. Hart, John W. Peters (of Philadelphia). 
Witnesses: Henry Hollingsworth, Joseph Allen.
