Be it remembered that I, Lettes Justice, of the Northern Liberties, in
the County of Phila., Widow, being of sound Disposing mind and Memory
do make and ordain my last Will and Testament in manner following, to
Wit; I will and direct all my just Debts, and funeral expences be paid
and satisfied,

Item. I leave to my neice Rebecca Justice, my looking glass, and to my
Neice Mary Justice I leave my Mahogany Beaurea, and to my Nephew George
Justice (all Children of George Justice) I leave my Bed, Beding,
Bedstead, and half a Dozen Silver Tea Spoons, And all the rest, residue
and remainder of my Estate both real and Personall - whatsoever and
wheresoever I give, devise, and bequeath, unto my Brother in Law George
Justice, his Heir and assigns forever, Lastly I nominate and appoint my
Friends Gabrel Midleton & George Wolley to be executors of this my Will
authorizing them to sell any part of my Estate in case it should be
nessary for the payment of my Debts.

And I revoke all Wills by me heretofore made declaring this Only to be
my last Will and Testament, in Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my
hand & Seal this twenty fourth Day of the eleventh Month, One thousand
Eight Hundred and One.

Signed, Sealed, Published and declared by the Said Testator as and for
her last Will and Testament in the Presence of us - Thomas Smith, Thomas
Githens.
