All estate to my friend, Lavinia Hickey, of Phila., whom I appoint Executrix. 

Witnesses: John Phenix, Mary Clarke. James Hughs, of Phila., tavern keeper, 
Richard Renshaw, Esq., of Phila., affirmed.
