Proved: February 26, 1817. 
Will Book 6, Page 397.

To my son's son, commonly called James Forbes, to be held by Thomas
Biggs until said James if of age. To my four nieces: Anne Lawler,
Isabella Bevan, Tacy Ann Stacy, Anne B. Garrett. To Tacy Pryor,
granddaughter of my sister, Tacy Pryor. To Mary Anne Garrett. To niece
Anne B. Garrett, but if she should not survive me, then to her children,
and the daughter of her brother, Benjamin Pearson, which he named after
me. To nephews, Charles, Benjamin, Thomas and Beaven Pearson, the sons
of my sister Anne Pearson and Matthew L. Bevan, the son of my brother,
Davis Bevan. To Eve Maria Brownhultz.
