Written: June 1799.  
Proved: October 23, 1805.  
Will Book 1, Page 379.

Legacies to friends Mary McMallan and Lucy Brian.  Annuity to sister
Elizabeth Lenex of Peachbottom, Penna.  Legacies to Susannah Edwards,
to Sarah Price, to Martha Davis, to William Mitchell, to kinswoman Ann
Hogg and to George Pearson, provided he acts as Exec.  After legacies
are paid remainder of estate to sister Mary Patton of Kentucky, her
dau. Ann and to Jacob Mitchell of Philadelphia, lawyer.  

Exec:  George Pearson and Jacob Mitchell.  Letters granted to Jacob Mitchell.
Witnesses:  Anna Humphreys, Jas. Humphreys, Jr.  William Lee and Rachel
Michels affirmed.
