Exrs. to sell property in Northern Liberties purchased of Barney Schumo
and Frederick Weaver, monies to my two children: Louisa Butler Carr,
Mary Cooke Carr and child with which wife is now pregnant. Wife:
Elizabeth to have use of all residue of estate. Exec: Wife. Friend:
David Weatherby (of Philadelphia), Clock and Watch Maker.
