Will of Nathan ROSS, of Brushvalley Twp, Indiana Co, PA who died 15 Oct
1891:

In the name of God amen.  I, Nathan ROSS of Brushvalley Township, County
of Indiana and state of Pennsylvania being weak and sick in body but of
sound mind memory and understanding praise be to God for it do make and
declare this to be my last will.  It is my will that my children John W. ROSS,
Oliver ROSS, Frank N. ROSS, Mary POWELL, Sarah C.(G?) CRAMER, shall be paid one
dollar and that one dollar be paid to the heirs of my daughter Tabitha
Ann BLACK.  I give and bequeath to my son George G. ROSS all my estate both
real and personal.  I hereby appoint my son George G. ROSS to be the Executor
of this my last will and testament.  In witness wereof I Nathan ROSS the
Testator have to this my will set my hand and seal this 16th day of
September AD. 1891.

Signed Sealed published by the above named Nathan ROSS as and for his
last will and testament in the presence of we who have hereunto subscribed
our names at his request as witnesses thereto in presence of the said
testator and of each other.
