Last Will and Testament

In the name of God Hugh McPherson being weak in body but of perfect
mind and memory calling in mind the mortality of my body Do make and
claim this my last Will and Testament that is by his hand as making
such existing estate or property as I Provide and do give and bequeath
or promise of the same in the following manner and form I give and
bequeath to my beloved wife Nancy McPherson all my part of the possessions
which of my part now in the hands of James M. Patterson (lawyer) and
also my part of an estate coming through David McPherson's hands:
but that now in the hands of Lawyer James M. Patterson is to come
to me through the estate of Joseph and John McPherson, together with
all the personal property that I possess. I witness constitue make
and ordain Robert Thompson and Alexander Patterson the Executors of
this my Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have here unto set
my hand and Seal.this twenty ninth day of April in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four.

Be it remembered that on the 19 th day of December AD 1834 before
me Richard B. McCabe has been duly proved and approved the last will
and Testament of Hugh McPherson deceased, by the oaths of Thomas Elliot
and Joseph McPherson as subscribing witnesses thereto on the same
day letters Testamentary were issued to Robert Thompson and Alexander
Patterson Esq. Executors therein named who were the ? duly barristers.
