Wills Probated
The will of A. D. Hess, late of Grant township, was filed February 12 1901. He 
disposes of his estate as follows: To his brother A. H. Hess, the undivided 
one-half interest of deceased in 135 acre farm in Grant township, and all of 
the personal estae with the exceptions of the bequestes below: To his nephew, 
charles dickenson, and niece Laura Korpe, equal shares of all money now at 
interest. A. H. Hess is appointed executor. The will is dated January 17, 1901.
