Mrs. Katharine Albright Baker, 77, of Mammoth died Thursday, Feb. 21, 1985, in
H.C. Frick Community Hospital, Mount Pleasant. She was born Nov. 11, 1907, in
Mammoth, a daughter of the late Welty G. and Altie Blystone Albright. Two
brothers, Harry and Arthur Albright, preceded her in death. Surviving are her
husband, Walter William Baker; four daughters, Mrs. Gilbert (Jane) Flutter and
Mrs. James (Lois) Butler, both of Mount Pleasant RD 5, Mrs. Albert (Betty Jean)
Hirko of Latrobe and Connie Sykes of Mammoth; two sons, Harry of Pittsburgh and
Robert B. of Mammoth; four brothers, Macklin of Greensburg, Regis of United,
Donald of Indianapolis, Ind., and Robert of Mount Pleasant; three sisters,
Adeline Leichliter of Mount Pleasant, Mrs. Iruh (Opal) Adams and Mrs. William
(Betty) Bulebush, both of Mammoth; 22 grand-children and 20 great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Friday in James P. Gaut Funeral Home Inc., Pleasant Unity. Service will be held
at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Robert S. McKie
officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Reformed Cemetery, Trauger.
