David Ellwood Albert, one of the best known business men of Latrobe, died
yesterday morning at 3:30 o'clock from a stomach affection from which he has
been an invalid for several years. Mr. Albert was well known the county over. He
taught school for a number of years and later was a factor in polities. He was a
brother of Dallas Albert, the historian, and at one time was county auditor.
