choose, along with my grandson Anthony Fuchs. Otherwise, he to repair the
smith-shop for her to live in, to find her fire-wood ready cut, she to have
1/3 of the garden, 1/4 of an acre for Indian corn and potatoes, the apples
of two trees in each orchard yearly her choice, a cow kept on the place,
summer and winter. Said Anthony Fuchs to give her every year 5 bushels
wheat, 5 of rye, 5 of buckwheat and to sow every year 1/4 of an acre with
flaxseed for her use, but she to find the seed.
To grandson Anthony, plantation in Douglass, 70 acres and 30 perches, subject
to privileges ofwife and subject to the payment of 400 pounds as hereinafter directed.

One share to youngest daughter Anna. Son David to pay 100 pds. yearly
to his brother Jacob and sister Anna until all is paid. "Divide in peace,

Jacob, Joseph, George, William and Henry. If she choose, to live in my house
and if not sons Jacob and Joseph to build her a house with four acres of
land and pasture for her cow and mare. Jacob to use the mare when my wife
has no use for her. Farm in Towamensin 220 acres, to be divided into 2
parts, that part on the side next to Skippack to be again divided into two
parts. One-half of farm with the buildings on to son Jacob at the rate of
600 pds. To son Joseph 1/2 of the other half part. To son George, the other
remaining half part. Joseph and George to pay 600 pds. for their part, but
Joseph must make up to George what his part lacks in value. Sons to pay 50
pds. a year after becoming of age until all is paid. Rem. of estate
including 1200 pds. for lands paid by sons to be equally divided among all my
children. Younger children to be schooled out of estate sufficient to read
and write.

daughter Eleanor, wife of Tobias Boganer, 5 shillings. All money to be
divided into 11 equal shares. One share each to sons: Abraham, Philip and
Isaac. One to 5 children of my daughter Zornica. One to daughter Christiana,
wife of William Antis. One to daughter Elizabeth Benner. One to daughter
Barbarah, wife of John Smith. One to daughter Rebekah, wife of Frederick
