Be it Remembered that I Jacob Zimmerman Senior of the Township of Providence
in the County of Montgomery in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being in my
usual health and of sound disposing mind and memory, but being far advanced
in years, and calling to mind the mortality of my body, do think fit this
fifteenth day of December  in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven
hundred and Eighty nine, to make and ordain this my last Will and Testament,
the which I do in the following manner and form, that is to say ..

Imprimis It is my Will and I do Order that all my just debts and funeral expences 
be duely paid and satisfied out of my estate by my Executors herein afternamed.

2 I give to my Daughter Hannah, wife of Frederick Stem, the sum of six
pounds, and the like sum of six pounds to each and every one of her children.

3 I give to each and every of the children of my deceased Daughter Mary,
late wife of Andrew Supplee, the like sum of six pounds.

4th  I give to my Daughter Catherine, wife of Christian Stouver, the like sum 
of six pounds, and the sum of six pounds to each and every one of her children.

5th  I give to each of the three children of my deceased Daughter Susanna,
late wife of Frederick Marstellar, the sum of thirty pounds.

6 I give to my son Matthias Zimmerman the sum of ten pounds.

7th  I give to my Step Daughter Sophia, wife of Henry Rittenhouse the sum of
ten pounds.

8th  I give to my son Christopher the sum of five shillings beside what he
has already had of me.

9th  I give to my son John Zimmerman the sum of Eighty pounds over and above
the sum of One hundred twenty pounds which he some time ago, hath received
of me, and my said son John is to be charged with whatever sum or sums shall
be paid out of my Estate, towards dischargeing a debt of Two hundred pounds
and Interest for which I am bound for him to Amos Roberts, which is entirely
my said son John's debt.

10th I give to my son Jacob five pounds besides what he has already had of me.

11th But if my Estate shall happen to exceed or fall short of my
expectations my Will is that every of the Legacies herein before given shall
be increased or diminished proportionably to the said surplus or deficiency.

12th And as I apprehend I have made full provision for the comfortable
support and maintainance of my beloved wife Susanna during her natural life,
by the contract between me and my son Jacob, I now only recommend his to her
particular care and attention, through the remainder of her days, having no
cause to doubt his discharge the part of an affectionate son.

13th And I do hereby nominate Constitute and appoint my son Jacob Zimmerman and 
my son in law Christian Stouver Executors of this my last Will and Testament.

14th my Will further is that the legacies to my Grandchildren be paid as
soon after the end of one year, as they severally attain the ages, the females, 
of Eighteen and the males twenty one years if the same can be had, and if 
it can not be raised so soon, then to be paid them as soon after as the same 
can be raised, and all the other legacies to be at the end of the said year.

15th And lastly I do hereby utterly disallow, revoke and Disannul all and
every other former Wills, Testaments, Legacies and Executors by me in any
wise before this time named Willed or bequeathed, Rattifying and confirming
this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal the Day and year first above written.

Signed, Sealed, published, pronounced and declared by the said Jacob
Zimmerman the Testator in the presence of us the Subscribers.
