Will of Franklin Bunn who died at 1:40 o'clock P.M. Thursday March 13 A.D. 1902
Proved March 19 A.D. 1902
Be it remembered, That I, Franklin Bunn, of the city and county of Philadelphia and
State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and
considering the uncertainty of life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be my
last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say -
Item - I give and bequeath the sum of one thousand dollars to my Brother Reuben Bunn now
of North Coventry, Chester Co., Pa.
Three Thousand dollars to my Brother Harrison Bunn, now living in Chester County.
One Thousand dollars to my Brother Solomon Bunn, also of Chester County, Pa. and all such
money or value that may remain after the above bequests I give and bequeath to my sister
Catharine Reifsnyder of Pottstown, Pa. her or heirs forever.
I further direct that in the case of my Brother Abraham he as the others to have the
interest of the aforesaid $3000 during his natural life and after his death to be divided
in equal shares among his surviving children, in the cases of my Brothers Reuben, Harrison
and Solomon after their death, their portion is to go to my sister Catharine Reifsnyder
and her heirs forever.
And as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate, real, personal or mixed
of whatever nature or kind, or wherever situate at the time of my decease, I do hereby
give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Catharine Reifsnyder her heirs forever.
And lastly, I do make and appoint Reuben B. Reifsnyder now of the Borough of
Pottstown, County of Montgomery and State of Penna. to be the Executor of this my last
Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me at any time
heretofore made and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
(blank) day of (blank) in the year of our Lord one thousand (blank) hundred (blank)

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the testator above named as and for his last
Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto at his request subscribed our
names in his presence and in the presence of each other as witnesses hereto.

Personally appeared before me John G. Wentore and C. G. Bair the subscribing
witnesses to the foregoing Will, who being qualified according to law did depose and say
that they were present, saw and heard the testator Franklin Bunn in said Will named,
sign, seal, publish and declare the same to be his last Will and Testament, and at the
time of so doing he was of sound mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their
knowledge and belief, and that they signed as witnesses to the same at the request of the
testator in his presence and in presence of each other. John G. Wentore C. G. Bair

Be it remembered that on the 19 day of March A.D. 1902 the foregoing Will of Franklin
Bunn, late of the Borough of Pottstown, deceased, was duly proved and affirmed and
Letters Testamentary granted unto Reuben B. Reifsnyder, Executor in said Will named he
first being duly qualified according to law.
