I Sophia Worman wife of Andrew D. Worman of Frederick County Sate of Maryland do 
make ordain and publish this my last will and testament.  With intent to dispose 
of all my property and Effects, whether held as my Seperate Estate, or under a 
power of appointment, or held or owned in any other Manner -- in the following 
Manner --

After my debts and funeral charges are paid, I give devise and bequeath as 
follows

I give devise and bequeath to my children Equally to be divided among them share 
and share alike, all my Estate, property, and effects of every kind and nature 
whatsoever.

And I do hereby constitute and appoint my husband Andrew D. Worman to be the 
Sole Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former 
wills by me made.

In testimony whereof I Sophia Worman have hereunto set my hand and affixed my 
seal this second day of April in the year Eighteen hundred and Sixty.

Signed sealed published and declared by Sophia Worman the within and above named 
testatrix in our presence as and for her last will and testament, who at her 
request in her presences and in the presence of each other have signed our names 
as witnesses hereto -- and we do certify that the said testatrix Sophia Worman 
being by us privately examined apart from and out of hte epresence and hearing 
of her husband the said Andrew D. Worman whether she doh make the same willfolly 
and voluntarily and without being induced thereto by fear or thereat of or ill 
usage, by her Said husband, and says she does it willingly and freeley,
