In the name of God Amen

I Thomas Wallace of Frederick County in the State of Maryland being through the 
abundant Mercy and goodness of God the weak in boyd yet of sound and perfect 
understanding and memory do constitue this my last Will and Testament and desie 
it may be received by all as such. I most humbly bequeath my soul to God my 
Maker beseeching his most gracious acceptance of it thro the alsufficent merits 
& mediation of my most compassionate Redeemer Jesus Christ and is able to save 
to the uttermost all that come unto God by him.

Imprimis I give my body to the earth from whence it was taken in full assurance 
of its Resurrection from thence the last Day, as to my worthly Estate I will and 
postively order that all my just Debts be paid.

Item I give to my dear & loving son William Wallace and my dear & loving 
daughter Elizabeth all my Estate both, money goods & chattles in whomsoever them 
same may be found to be equally divided between my son William & my Daughter 
Elizabeth shear and shear alike, and my son to have his share at the age of 
twenty one years and my daughter the age of sixteen years. And I do constitute 
Andrew Hime Eecur. of this my last willand testament & trustee for my children. 
In witnesses whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this first day of July 
one thousand seven hundred seventy nine
