In the name of God Amen.

I, Jacob Stull of J. of Frederick County in the State of Maryland, being infirm
and weak in body but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding,
considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof, and

therefore make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form
following, namely:

conditions and terms, namely that they, my two sons Alfred and Henry aforesaid,
shall well and truly pay from and out of the above all my debts and funeral
expenses, bequests, and the following several named sums or legacies to the
respective Heirs or Legatees hereinafter named, and in the Times and Manners
herein specified, all of which several amounts shall be paid to the respective

manner, I bequeath One hundred dollars, one half or $50 to be paid within 5
