Varney Graver

In the name of God Amen

I Varney Graver of Frederick County and State of Maryland being of sound mind 
memory and understanding thanks be to the Almighty God for the same but 
considering the uncertainty of this life do make and ordain this my list will 
and Testament in manner following viz:

Imprimis It is my will and devise that my body be buried in a decent Christian 
like manner with not more expense than is necessary and that the funeral charges 
and all my Just debts be paid as soon thereafter as conveniently can be by my 
Executors herein after mentioned and appointed.

Item I give and bequeath unto my loving wife Magdalena the house clock and the 
bed in which we lying at present and the copper kettle two puter dishes one 
bason six puter plates extra and to hold her thirds of all my Estate real 
personal and mixed of the county and state aforesaid according to law.

Item I give and bequeath unto myloving children lawfully begotten an equil 
proportion of the remainder of my estate real personal and mixed.

Item I give and bequeath unto my loving daughter Magdelena an Equil Portion.

Item I give abd bequeath unto my loving daughter Cathrine a Equil portion

Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son John an Equil Portion

Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son Jacob an Equil Portion

Item I give and bequeath unot my loving son Clemence an Equil portion

Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son Peter an Equil portion.

Item I give and bequeath unto my loving son Samuel an Equil portion.

Item I give and beqeuath unto my loving son David an Equil portion.

Lastly I do hereby constittue and appoint my son John Graver and John Welker of 
the County and State aforesaid my only Eecors of this my last will and 
Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal 
this six and twentieth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand 
eight hundred and two.
