William Beatty (1695-1757) Will Abstract
(William was the son of Susannah Beatty -1742 Frederick County Will)

Will made May 18,1757 and bequeathed his home plantation with all the land, a 
tract of land called Dulany's Lott to his son William Beatty; also certain other 
tracts of land to
his daughters, Eleanor Young, Mary Cary and Anna Shoaf. William Beatty, his son 
was appointed executor of this
his last will and testament, probated August 20, 1757, and witnessed by
Thomas Beaty, Henry Ross, Jane Johnson and Elizabeth Smith.
