Will of the late Andrew S. Alexander this will make this 11th day of October in
the year of our Lord, 1929. After my decease I will and bequest unto my wife,
Ida C. Alexander all of my real estate and person (except all cash in bank cet )
property situated at Hdge Church as long as she has use of them and when she has
no for them any longer then they are to be sold and all of the cash standing in
the bank wat is belong to my estate to be divided into Seven Sheas (shares) and
divided as follow one shear (share) to my son Carville L. Alexander, one
shear (share) to my son, Walter C. Alexander, one shear to my son, Roy A.
Alexander, one shaer (share) to my dater (daughter) Bertie C. Alexander, one
shear to my grandson, Clifford B. Alexander, one shear to my grandson, Tolbert
S. Alexander, and shear a like Clifford and Tolbert are heirs to this.
I appoint my son Carvill E. Alexander sole execter with out bond will just
as my own wife and children.

Maryland, Frederick County, to-wit;
On this 31st day of March, 1930 cam e Carville L. Alexander and made oath in due
form of law that the a forgoing instrument of writing is the true whole
Will and Testament of Andrew S. Alexander late of Frederick County, deceased,
that has come to his hands and possession; that he received the same from the
Testator for safe keeping, and that he does not know of any other later date;
That said Andrew S. Alexander died on or about March 23, 1930.
On the 31st day of March, 1930 came Lewis E. Barnes and Carrie V. Barnes, the
subscribing witnesses to the aforegoing last Will and Testament of Andrew S.
Alexander, late of Frederick County, deceased, and made oath in due form of law
that they did see Andrew S. Alexander, the Testator therein named, sign and seal
his Will and Testament; heard him publish, pronounce and declare the same to be
his last Will and Testament; that at the time of his doing so he, was, the best
of their apprehension, of sound and disposing mind, memory, and understanding
and capable if executing a valid deed or contract, and that the respectively
subscribed their names as Witness to said Will, in the presence of and at the
request of the Testator and that they did also see each other subscribing his
and her name as witness to said will, at the request of the Testator in his
presence, and all in the presence of each other.
