CHILCOTE - DANIELS

  In a single ring ceremony performed in the parsonage of the Methodist
church at Lewistown Saturday, July 10, Miss Lillian Jean Daniels of
Newton Hamilton, became the bride of Mr. Samuel J. Chilcote of
Philadelphia. Rev. H. W. Glassco, pastor, performed the ceremony at 4
o'clock in the afternoon. The bride was attractively attired in a
street length dress of peach crepe and her wedding flowers were white
gladioli, arranged in a shoulderette. At 6 o'clock in the evening at
the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Daniels at Newton
Hamilton, the newlyweds were given a sumptuous wedding dinner. Other
guests with the family were Mrs. Charles Bowen of Huntingdon and Mrs.
Clay Price of Newton Hamilton.
  Mrs. Chilcote has been employed at the Mount Union Manufacturing
company plant while her husband is employed by the Philco company in
Philadelphia. They will reside in Philadelphia. and will be at home to
their friends after Aug. 1.
