 WILL OF ISAAC CORNELIUS

 Mifflin County, Pennsylvania



 In the name of God, I, ISAAC CORNELIUS, considering the

 uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind

 and memory, blessed be Almighty God for the same, do make

 and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner

 following:



 First, I will that all my just debts as shall be owing by

 me at my death, together with my funeral expenses, and

 all charges touching the proving of, or otherwise,

 concerning this my will, shall in the first place be paid

 and fully satisfied out of my personal estate.



 And, second, I give and bequeath to my youngest son,

 RANDOLPH, all my estate, right, title and claim of the

 farm where I now reside in the township, county and state

 aforesaid, containing about 40 acres, be the same more or

 less, with the improvement houses, barns, stables, woods,

 water and whatsoever there unto belongs with all and every

 part thereof, and all the personal property belonging unto

 me and every part thereof, to have the same at my death.



 And third, I give and bequeath unto my son, JESSE, $4.00

 to be paid unto him in one year after my decease with the

 privilege of occupying the house and lot of two acres of

 land now in his possession during his natural life time,

 the above $4.00 to be paid by RANDOLPH CORNELIUS to JESSE

 CORNELIUS.



 4th, I give and bequeath unto my eldest daughter, SARAH,

 married to THOMAS BAIRD, $15.00 and unto my daughter, MARY,

 married to WILLIAM HARVEY, $15.00 and unto my youngest

 daughter, DORCAS MATILDA, $15.00 to be paid by my son,

 RANDOLPH, in manner following, $5.00 to be paid to each of

 my daughters within one year after my death and $5.00

 annually until all be paid to said daughters, my SARAH

 BAIRD, MARY HARVEY & DORCAS MATILDA CORNELIUS. And, I do

 further give and bequeath unto my grandson, JACKSON

 CORNELIUS, son of JACOB my eldest son, the sum of $10.00

 to be paid to him at the age of 21 years, with lawful

 entrust of the same, by my said son RANDOLPH, and I further

 give and bequeath unto THE HEIRS OF MY SON, ABRAM CORNELIUS,

 the sum of $1.00 to be equally divided amongst them, and I

 also do give and bequeath unto the heirs of my son ISAAC

 CORNELIUS, the sum of $1.00 to be equally divided amongst them,

 the heirs of my son deceased, all of which is to be paid by

 my son RANDOLPH at or before the time herein specified,

 and further, I do also give and bequeath unto the children

 of my daughter, MARTHA, deceased, who was married to MICH

 TEAVEST (?) (Note: Is this SEACHRIST?), the sum of $1.00

 to be paid to them at the age of 21 years with lawful entrust

 for the same from the time of my decease, and all other

 payments to be made to my grandchildren to be paid to them,

 by my son RANDOLPH, at the full age of 21 with lawful entrust

 and from the time of my decease for the same.



 And I make and appoint my youngest son, RANDOLPH CORNELIUS

 executor of this my last will and testament.



 In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal

 this 28th day of June in the year of our Lord 1844 in the

 presence of William DAVIS and Jno. MORRISON. Signed by:
