WILL OF JULIANN BUMBAUGH OF DERRY TOWNSHIP, DEC'D

 In the name of God, amen. I Juliann Bumbaugh of the township of Derry,
county of Mifflin and state of Pennsylvania(widow of John Bumbaugh)
being aged and infirm but of sound and ------? mind and memory blessed
be God for the ------? considering the certainty of death and the
uncertainty of the time thence do make -----? this as and for my last
will and testament in ------? and -------? following to wit and -------?
it is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my
executors out of any money I may have at my decease and that he may
collect of mine. And should there not be sufficient for the purpose
aforesaid then I allow my executors to rent my house and half lot so
long as there be sufficient to pay my debts with the rent thereof. To my
granddaughter Juli Ann Bumbaugh daughter of my son George Bumbaugh, I
will one bedstead, bed and bedding necessary for one suit, one cow which
she now calls hers, three common chairs and my large rocking chair, my
cherry stand, my bureau and cupboard, my large stove, looking glass and
service table, my carpet and copper tea kettle. To my granddaughter
Rosanna Bumbaugh, daughter of George Bumbaugh aforesaid, I will one cow
which she now calls hers and whatever bedding or bed clothes may remain
after the beds are made up by my executors for the two Juli anns, she is
to have also my small stove and my three other chairs and small rocking
chair, my walnut stand, my breakfast table, my metal tea kettle and my
large chest. To my grandson Jacob Bumbaugh, son of George Bumbaugh I
will my clock case, my house and half lot on Valley street in the
borough of Lewistown. I will to my four grandchildren share and share
alike to wit. Juli Ann Bumbaugh, Rosina Bumbaugh, Jacob Bumbaugh, Maria
Bumbaugh children of my son George Bumbaugh and allow the same to be
appraised by three disinterest men to be agreed on by the said four
children or their legal representatives at which appraisment Juli Ann is
to have the choice of taking, paying to Rosina in one year after such
appraisment one-forth part of such valuation with interest from date of
appraisment and one-forth to Maria three years after the appraisment
each with interest from appraisment & should she not be willing to take
then Rosina may take on the same conditions. If she refuses, then Jacob
and if he refuses, then Maria and in case they all refuse to take at the
said valuation then I allow my executors to sell the same to the best
advantage dividing the -------? money equally among said four children
and have the bonds drawn in their names so as to make them equal shares
and whatever property I may have undisposed of I allow to be equally
divided  between the said mentioned four children. And lastly I appoint
my son George Bumbaugh to be the executor of my last will and testament
and In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the third
day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty
four.
The words "each with interest _____? appraisment" first? ______?. signed
& sealed in the presence of us at the testators request.

And now August 19, 1845. I have added and allow the following to be a
part and ______? to the foregoing last will and testament viz to my son
John Bumbaugh I will five dollars to be paid to him by my executors as
soon as any money may come unto his hands belonging to my estate. And to
my son George, I will one dollar in full his share. In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal the date above.
