  1932, November 23: Affidavit of Albert Peterson, Ida Gustafson, and Maumie 
  (sic) Swanson that Peter Peterson, late of Mt. Jewett, Pa., died on November 
  4, 1932, filed.
  Same day: Petition of Albert Peterson, Ida Gustafson and Naumie Swanson for 
  probate of will, filed.
  
     Mt. Jewett, McKean County and State of Pennsylvania.
     I, Peter Peterson of Mt. Jewett, McKean County, State of Pennsylvania, 
  Being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this my last 
  will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at 
  any time heretofore made.
     And first I direct that my body be decently interred and that my funeral be 
  conducted in a manner corresponding with my estate and situation in life and 
  as to such wordly (sic) estate as it has pleased God to intrust (sic) me with.
     I dispose of same as follows namely
     first I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon 
  after my decease as possible: all the rest residue and remainder of my estate 
  real and personal, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be at the time of 
  my decease i (sic) give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Petronalla 
  Peterson, to have her support from same as long as she lives, after her and my 
  death, it shall be divided equally to all our beloved children shall be used 
  and enjoyed by them and their heirs for ever. I appoint Mr. Adolph Swanson my 
  son in law, Executor of this my last will and testament.
     in testimony whereof i (sic) the said Peter Peterson, have to this my last 
  will and testament set my hand and seal                      (over)
  this 8th day of December One thousand nine hundred and twenty six (1926).

     Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named Peter Peterson as 
  and for his last will and testament in their presence of us who have hereunto 
  subscribed our names at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of 
  the said testator and of each other.

     Personally came before me, Ralph E. Scott, Register for the Probate of 
  Wills and granting Letters of Administration, in and for the County aforesaid 
  Sextus Lundberg and Gust Walstrom, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing 
  will, who being duly sworn according to law, do say that they were present, 
  and saw and heard Peter Peterson, the testator within named, sign, seal, 
  publish pronounce and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for 
  his last will and testament, and that at the time of so doing he was of sound 
  mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief, and 
  that they signed their names as witnesses thereto in the presence of and at 
  the request of the said testator and in the presence of each other.

  Same day: Albert Peterson appointed administrator, c.t.a., and oath as such 
  taken and subscribed by him, filed.
  1932, November 23: Bond of Albert Peterson in the sum of $4600.00 with S. 
  Lundberg and Gust Walstrom as sureties, filed.
  Same day: Letters of administration, c.t.a., issued to Albert Peterson of
