MRS. HENRIETTA FREEMAN
Bradford Era, TuesdayFuneral services for Mrs. Henrietta Freeman will be
held at the home, 130 Seward avenue, tomorrow at 2 p. m. The Rev. Frederick
Wood, pastor of Asbury Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in the
family plot in Oak Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Freeman, aged 75, widow of the late Philip C. Freeman, died at 6 a. m.
yesterday at her home. She was born in Port Allegany on March 8, 1860, and had
lived in the city for the past 34 years. She was a member of Asbury church and
was a Gold Star mother and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She had
many friends here.
Those surviving her include four sons, Charles A. Freeman of Derrick City
and Bert, Melvin and Marcus Freeman of Bradford, and three brothers, Walter,
John and Byron Ostrander, all of Port Allegany. Eleven grandchildren also
survive.
Mrs. Freeman is a sister-in-law of Charles W. Freeman of Kane.
