  OF Martin Keebler
  In the name of God amen!  I Martin Keebler of Fairfield Township in the County 
  of Lycoming and State of Pennsylvania, being in good and sound and disposing 
  mind and memory calling to mind the uncertainty of human life, and being 
  desirous of settling my worldly affairs, do make and publish this my last will 
  and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all or any will that 
  may have been by me heretofore made.
  My will is that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid by my executor 
  hereinafter named out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall by him be 
  found convenient.
  Item, I give and bequeath to my beloved daughters, Rose E. Keebler, Caroline 
  Keebler and Louisa Keebler to be held by them in full and joint ownership, the 
  house or property upon which we now live in the said Township of Fairfield, 
  together with all the furniture and including the sewing machine and organ.
  Item, Each of the said daughters Rose E., Caroline and Louisa to have one cow 
  out of my estate.
  Item, For the use of the said three (3) daughters, I give and bequeath in full 
  ownership the horse, harness, spring-wagon or buggy and farm wagon.
  Item, The said three (3) daughters to have all chickens and pigs, or hogs on 
  the said property at the time of my decease.
  Item, I hereby direct that no change of ownership of any of the foregoing 
  named real or personal property shall take place without the concurrence and 
  consent of at least two (2) of the said daughters.
  Item, I do nominate and appoint as the Executor of this my last will and 
  testament, my son James Keebler with full power as in the law provided.
  In testimony whereof, I the said Martin Keebler have subscribed my name and 
  affixed my seal this 20th day- February A.D. 1901.

  Before me, Wm. H. Kiess Register for the Probate of Wills and granting 
  Letters of Administration, in and for Lycoming County, personally appeared 
  J.W. VanHorn and Henry W. Petrikin subscribing witnesses to the above, and 
  foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament 
  of Martin Keebler late of the Township of Fairfield in said county, deceased, 
  who being by me duly sworn according to the law, did depose and say, that they 
  were present and did see the testator Martin Keebler now deceased, sign, seal, 
  and heard him publish, pronounce, and declare, the above and foregoing 
  instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament, and at the time 
  of the doing thereof, the said Martin Keebler was of sound mind, memory, and 
  understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief.

  I, Wm. H. Kiess, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting 
  Letters of Administration, in and for Lycoming County, have this day proved, 
  according to law, and admitted to probate the above and foregoing instrument 
  of writing, as and for the last will and testament of Martin Keebler late of 
  the Township of Fairfield, now deceased, and do hereby approve, and enter of 
  record in my said office, the aforesaid instrument of writing as and for the 
  last will and testament of the said Martin Keebler, deceased.
  Witness my hand and official seal this 25th day of March A.D. one 
  thousand nine hundred and one.
