Last Will and Testament 
Of 
F.E. Jackson

Last will and Testament of F.E. Jackson, deceased.  I F.E. Jackson of the Township of 
Eldred, County of Jefferson, State of Pennsylvania.  Being of sound mind and memory do 
make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament towit:

First - The debts must all be payed together with the funeral expenses.  Second - Mrs. F.E. 
Jackson my relict must receive her keeping as long as she remains my widow.
Third - That Theo C. Jackson and John S Jackson, my sons take the place pay all debts 
and funeral expenses and keep my widow and pay to each of the heirs one hundred 
dollars.  Beginning at the oldest and paying down till they are all payed off.
Fourth - All personal property to be left in the place.
In witness wereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of March AD1898.

named testator in our pressence who have at his request and in his presence and in the 
presenc of each other signed our names as witness therunto:
