Will of Tina Miller, late of Thompson Township, deceased, November 2nd, AD 1905

This being my last will and testament, I Tina Miller of the township of Thompson 
and County of Fulton and state of Pennsylvania bring this day of sound mind and 
having full control of my thinking faculties do, this day bequeath to John K. 
Miller the sum of one dollar.  The balance of my property after my funeral 
expenses and tombstones are paid for, it to be equally divided share and share 
alike between my four children: Mrs. Mary E. Yeakel, Clarence M. Miller, Mrs. 
Alice M. Hull and Jerry B. Miller.

Witnes our hands and seals this the 2nd day of November 1905

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Fulton County
Before me, George A. Harris, Register for the Probate of Wills etc. and for said 
County, personally came W. W. Douglas and J. W. Douglas the subscribing 
witnesses to the within instrument of writing who being duly qualified according 
to law did depose and say that they were personally present and saw Tina Miller, 
late of the township of Thompson said County deceased, the testatrix herein 
named, make her mark to said writing and seal the same and heard her publish and 
declare the said instrument as and for her last will and testament and at the 
time of so doing she was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding 
to the best of their knowledge and belief and that their own names thereto 
subscribed as witnesses were so subscribed at the request of the testatrix in 
her presence and in the presence of each other.

Sworn and subscribed the 10th day Feby. AD 1906 before me, Geo. A. Harris

Fulton County ss:
Before me Register of Wills etc. in and for the County personally came 
C.M. Miller who being duly qualified according to law deposes and says that Tina 
Miller, the testatrix above named late of Thomson township deceased. died on 
Friday the 2nd day of February AD 1906.
