Will of Geo M Ott late of McConnellsburg Pa. deceased

Last Will and testament of George M Ott of McConnellsburg, Fulton County
Penna.  First, my will is that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall,
by my Executrix and Executor herein after named, be paid out of my estate as
soon after my decease as shall by them be found convenient. 

Item, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Margarette Ann, all my
property, real, personal or mixed, absolutely during her life and from and
after her death to my son George Andrew his heirs and assigns. 

         I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Margarette Ann and my
son George Andrew to be Executrix and Executor of this my last will and
testament.

          In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 15th day
of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

           Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said George M Ott as
and for his last will and testament in the presence of us, who at his request
and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses
thereto.

                         Before me Geo A Harris, Register for the Probate of
Wills & in and for the said County, personally came Conrad Gress and John A
Irwin the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing, who being
duly qualified according to law, did depose and say that they were personally
present and saw Geo M Ott late of the borough of McConnelsburg in said County
deceased, the testator herein named sign his name to said writing and seal the
same and heard him publish and declare the said instrument as and for his last
will and testament and at the time of so doing he was of sound and deposing
mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and
that their own names thereto subscribed as witnesses were so subscribed at the
request of the testator in his presence and in the presence of each other.
