CODICIL
I hereby make the following amendment to my last will and testement dated
April 4th, 1934, as follows, to wit;
WHEREAS I have loaned unto my son-in-law George Schaberl, the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00), instead of $5.00 Five Dollars as set forth in
paragraph fourth of my said will and it is my request and will that said
George Schaberl shall repay the said sum to my estate, without interest; and
it is my further will that should said George Schaberl fail to repay this sum
to my estate, then the bequest made in paragraph fifty to my grandchildren,
being said children of my son-in-law, George Schaberl, and my deceased
daughter Elizabeth, shall become absolutely null and void and of no effect;
however, should the said George Schaberl repay said loan then it is my will
that the bequest to my said grandchildren aforesaid, now being children of
George Schaberl and my deceased daughter Elizabeth, shall be and remain in
full force and effect.
It is also my will that paragraph third of my said will be amended so as
to include a bequest of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) which I hereby make to
the St. Marys Roman Catholic Church of St. Marys Pennsylvania, for masses to
be read for repose of the soul of my deceased daughter, Elizabeth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal to this codicil
to my last will and testement this tenth day of April, in the year of our
